Germano Construction was mandated with the construction of a retail business for a Crown Corporation in Laval. This new building has proven quite the success for the project team. The commercial building, located near strategic arteries, includes a 15-space parking lot with two reduced mobility spaces.
All of the work was completed to create a safe, welcoming environment and meet the standards required by the Crown Corporation within a tight schedule.
This new branch was opened in July 2021, Just 6 months after breaking ground.
